Artificial Lights and Muggy Nights

Josh and Anthony were supposed to go on a night trip with their father Scotty, but Scotty had to go back to work, so the brothers went out for some after dark activity without him.  It would be a warm summer night that was very humid and the water temperatures had just rose rapidly during the week leading up to today.  They patrolled their way about Lake Wallenpaupack searching for the predators of the night without the assistance of moonlight as the clouds kept it at bay making the use of artificial light the sole source of sight assistance.  They fished patiently and were rewarded with a few nice smallmouth bass and two walleye during the night as a examples are shown below of the quality that the duo hooked up with on the trip. Josh would also have a tell tale strike from a striper and fought it for a while back and forth before it broke the line close to the boat and swimming back into the depths.   They learned a lot during the trip and had a great time as we hope to see them back again in the future with the hopes that dad can join them on the next adventure.
