Carhartt & Century Club

Annual clients in Mark and John were back again in early June for some fun at Lake Wallenpaupack with Legends Outdoors.  The day would be a very warm one with air temperatures in the 70's and hitting the 80's during the day.  The WSW wind that lightly swept across the water made a slight chop on the water early before calming down in a short while thereafter.  The pair of brothers donned Carhartt Shirts and had great anticipation of the day as they started their fishing day early and right away had action that continued at a fervent pace with only a few minor lulls during the outing.  John started out with topwater and had blow up after blow up in the 68-70 degree water while Mark strictly fed them a diet of Keitech Baits.  There was much to talk about as it has been a year since there were here fishing and there were plenty of stories exchanged and much laughter aboard the boat.  The bites kept occurring in high spring water as smallmouth bass, perch, pickerel, bluegill, rockbass, and sunfish found their way to their baits on this sunny day.  Mark and John brought along their traditional Farmers Iced Tea to drink and Kellogg's Pop Tarts to snack on before getting lunch on their way back home after the outing.  The action and fun was off the charts as they caught 115 fish from the above mentioned species and had an absolute blast.  It was great to see Mark and John again and we look forward to hosting them in June of 2021 when they return for their annual trek.
