Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Long time Legends Outdoors Client and Lake Wallenpaupack home owner in Phil decided to take an early June trek out for a day of fishing.  He invited neighborhood friend Chris that lives near him at the lake to come along.  These two friends have fished the lake many times, but neither have ever landed a striped bass out of the lake as they have eluded them time and time again.  On this sunny and warm day that would be no more as both landed one as shown below on Keitech Baits during the outing.  The day had a light breeze to start and then turned calm and the sun shone down bright as clouds were hard to find in the sky.  They hopped around the lake starting with topwater baits and followed it up by firing those Keitech Baits around and had some good action on the day compiling some pickerel, smallmouth bass, and a good mix of panfish that included some solid perch.  There were plenty of laughs and conversation aboard the boat on this day and we look forward to seeing Phil back again sometime real soon and were glad to meet Chris and have him out with us for the day.
