Craig and his family take an annual vacation to the Poconos Area for a little get away, the year of 2020 would not be any different other than one of the items on the itinerary. That item would be a day out ice-fishing and with Legends Outdoors. Craig along with his sons Hudson and Maximus were first timers to the sport and were anxious to give it a try. With the ice not so good at Lake Wallenpaupack, they ventured to a different Wayne County Lake for the trip. It was a cold and frigid day with overcast skies and some wind accompanying the other elements to the day. Although this winter has been very mild overall, this day was a reminder that it was still Mid-February in Pennsylvania. This trio had a great time running for flags and gallivanting about on the frozen lake. They jigged and used tip-ups, but the jigging was sub par and the tip-ups stole the show for action. They had a staple of Legends Outdoors ice-fishing meal in venison jalapeno hotdogs to warm them up and satiate their hunger. The would catch some nice pickerel, a few largemouth bass, and a few perch on the day. Several were harvested for future meals and plenty of laughs were had by all. Craig and his sons truly enjoyed the day out and were very happy with their maiden day out with Legends Outdoors.
