Veterans Day Voyage

Out of state residents and good friends, Dennis and Andy spent a Mid-November Veterans Day out on Lake Wallenpaupack with Legends Outdoors.  Dennis is a returning client, but this would be the maiden voyage for Andy with us.  The day out for this duo would be overcast and cold with calm and flat water.  The air was about 38-40 range with the water in the 49-50 range.  They started with hardware shallower for the first half of the day and then switched it up to probing deep water with Keitech Baits.  This time of the year it is typically quality over quantity and that once again held true as bites were few, but these anglers caught some very nice largemouth and smallmouth bass with a few of them shown below and caught one perch in between these impressive game fish.  They enjoyed some snacks and good conversation as they really enjoyed learning the in-depth techniques of fall fishing.  We at Legends Outdoors would like to thank all of the military personnel both past and present for their service to our country.
