The traditional image of a cornucopia has vegetables, fruits, and grains protruding out of it as it is spilling over with a bountiful harvest. Wild Bill's version of it is with crappie, perch and bluegills! He went on a two day panfish quest this November to close out his open water season and prep for some upcoming fish fry that will be taking place soon. Bill is quite the outdoorsman and just turned a very young 80 recently and also just got a 9-Point Buck with a crossbow! His two days out on the Pennsylvania waterway were very calm with moderate to no wind blowing at all. Day one seen temps in the 30's while day two reached in the lower 40's. Setting up in key areas, Bill used 4# test line and Keitech Baits to absolutely throttle the fish for two days. It was complete bedlam as the fish were coming into the boat almost like a steady stream at times. Bill would limit out both days on a combo of crappie and perch with a bluegill or so mixed in. He would also catch several largemouth bass in the mix that were released as the action was fast and furious for veteran angler Wild Bill. It was an outstanding ending for the season with us for Wild Bill and we look forward to seeing him again in 2020 for some more Legends Outdoors Adventures.
