Then & Now

Multi-time client Mike who has gone out with Legends Outdoors several times before recently went out for an after dark experience.  We also inadvertently omitted a trip he had taken last spring with his brother and friends aboard the Legends Outdoors Pontoon Boat.  Last year they had a chilly morning with a warming afternoon and sunshine on their trip as they enjoyed a nice day on Lake Wallenpaupack.  The quartet used Keitech Baits en route to catching some really nice smallmouth bass, a few slammer pickerel, a sprinkling of panfish, and even a rare northern pike that showed up for the party.  It was a grand gathering and fun was had by all!  This late spring trip, Mike was solo on the night mission and was faced with a cloudy night with a slight breeze that gave way to clearing by the trips end.  Mike really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of night fishing and has not done it in years and was glad to give it a try again.  He had a great night as he landed a beautiful smallmouth and two nice striped bass that struck violently in the 12 to 13 pound class that were fighting frantically as one of them changed directions several times trying to elude being caught.  They posed nicely for photos before their release back into the depths of Lake Wallenpaupack.
