Glenn's Gathering

Every year Glenn's family and a few friends who reside mostly on the east coast get together for a fishing trip.  Legends Outdoors has had the pleasure of hosting this momentous event for many years now and in 2018 it would be no different.  Each year the group is slightly different due to a variety of factors and this year nine members would attend the gathering for two days of fishing and time spent together catching up on things of the year past and so on and so forth.  This trip in the state of New York started off to be a soggy one as a steady soaking rain on day one was in the forecast for basically the entire day.  One of the positive sides to that was it was dead calm and it was a warmer rain as the air temperatures were not very cold.  The action for this group of nine was fast and furious for day one as with each catch it seemed the anglers almost forgot about the rain at times due to the success.  Day two seen sun later on towards the end of the day of fishing after an overcast start, and it was a moderate temperature day with barely a breeze to be found also.  The group used strictly Keitech Baits for the most part and hauled in smallmouth bass after smallmouth bass on the trip which was the highest percentage of the fish by far.  They also caught numerous crappie,  a few walleye, a couple largemouth bass including the lunker of the outing, and a few other panfish mixed in along the way during the two days.  This was an absolute slugfest of action and one to remember for this family and friends as they enjoyed their annual gathering in every facet once again!
