Martin's Mission

Returning client Martin who is wild about perch fishing was on a mission to have a solid day of it, so he came back for some spring action with Legends Outdoors on Lake Wallenpaupack. The spring of 2018 continued to wreak havoc on this day with low temperatures and wind as there was ice on the guides of the rods consistently and the water temps once again hovered in the high 30's.  Setting the hook on one after another in different locations during the day can really warm the body of an angler and minimize the chill one feels during a harsh day like this. The cold or wind didn't stop Martin from fulfilling what he came to Lake Wallenpaupack to do as he limited out with a combination of 50 perch and calico by using light line techniques and Keitech Baits.  He also landed a bonus largemouth bass before the outing was through to cap off an absolutely awesome day.  Martin is looking forward to returning for a night trip out for walleye/stripers in the upcoming months and we will be ready to take him on his next adventure.
