Seeing Green

Taren who has been a Legends Outdoors client throughout the years was back in the area at a vacation home for several days.  Usually when he and his family head west from New York they book a trip and head out on Lake Wallenpaupack.  This October would be no different as he rounded up his Father-In-Law Angelo and his cousin Vinnie for the voyage.  The day was dead flat calm with comfortable air temperatures and overcast skies for the entire day.  They were armed with Keitech Baits and scooted about the lake casting about.  They shared in many laughs, stories and the like and even took a "dock and dine" stop for lunch during the trip.  They had a very productive fishing day as they caught a hefty crappie, some nice pickerel, smallmouth bass, and the largemouth bass were the talk of the day as this trio caught several of the green variety of bass including some really hefty ones and it was highlighted by a slammer that Vinnie battled for some time before boating it for a nice group photo.  Another awesome day out for this family and we look forward to seeing them again during another vacation to the beautiful Pocono Region of Pennsylvania.
