Casual Friday

Jim along with his friend Curtis were back out together for an adventure together in 2022.  These work associates travelled west from their home state of New Jersey for a very casual outing on scenic Lake Wallenpaupack.  They got a little bit of a later start than usual and sauntered out for a day of fishing.  They had a warm and sunny day which was a pre-frontal situation as a major cold front was moving in later this evening across the northeast.  Jim and Curtis attacked the Wayne County lake with a variety of plastics.  They had quite a bit of action on the day as once the pattern was established these two friends had quite a day for themselves.  They caught many a smallmouth bass, a myriad of panfish, and this 6.28 pound walleye shown below that was released back into the lake that gave quite a battle.  Great weather, great friends, and great fishing....a complete day!
