Starting off the 2022 ice-fishing season, Charlie and Jack set out on a brutally frigid day with temperatures that were at -10 to start! The lack of wind and the sun shining bright helped the situation quite a bit along with a tent. It would eventually get into the mid-teens as the temps did shoot up quite rapidly as the day progressed. The repeat clients jigged and also had several tip-ups strewn about their location on scenic Lake Wallenpaupack. These residents from the Philadelphia area had good solid action as there were plenty of jigging and flags during the day. The caught perch, bluegill, sunfish, pickerel and a couple of largemouth bass. A good bunch of the panfish were harvested and a few pickerel as the bass were released back into the lake. The anglers had homemade venison beef vegetable stew to warm them during the outing followed by venison jalapeno hot dogs on the grill! They had a great time out once again with Legends Outdoors as well as their stay in the Poconos. We look forward to seeing Charlie and Jack back again with us for another outdoor adventure.
