Mike and his buddy Mo were back out with Legends Outdoors for an early October outing. Mike brought along his son to share the day with these two good friends. As Legends Outdoors regulars these guys know the potential that Lake Wallenpaupack holds and are allured by the potential and past production. The calm and overcast day offered near perfect weather as the pontoon boat stealthily slipped about this legendary waterway as they pursued their quarry. They three men used power fishing and a Keitech Baits combo. It would be a day of quality as compared to quantity. Mo had the hot hand as he caught a few beautiful bass with one being a largemouth and one being a smallmouth that posed for a photo each. Mo was also sporting a Legends Outdoors cap which we so deeply appreciate and their loyalty. There were plenty of good conversations and stories exchanged during the day. They also brought along some very tasty sandwiches for their day on the lake. The fish seemed to come in spurts on the day with some lulls in the action, but when the men did get bites they usually resulted in some good quality in smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and pickerel! Another overall great day for this crew out on scenic Lake Wallenpaupack!
