Father's Day Festival

Grandpa David went out for a June trip with Legends Outdoors aboard the pontoon boat as part of a Father's Day gift he received.  The rest of his party were his son David and his three grandson's David, Cole, and Hunter.  A three generation outing was the slate on this nice late spring day.  There was very little wind and the temps were comfortable.  The family has a home near Lake Wallenpaupack that they had for several generations and like to gather there.  They do fish this lake a bit and wanted to get a bit more acquainted with it, so this would be a perfect opportunity.  The busy schedules were put aside and the five men were adrift on this scenic body of water doing some finesse fishing with Keitech Baits.  They had plenty of action and got into good numbers of fish during the outing which included perch, bluegill, smallmouth bass, pickerel, and rockbass.  Grandpa David even took a bit of a break to just sit and relax and let the others "catch up" to him for the day as he had a very hot hand out on the boat.  It was all in good jest as the men were joking and laughing about the entire day.  They had some tasty snacks and great stories to exchange and many things to catch up on with each other.  A great day out for David and his family and we at Legends Outdoors hope David and David had a wonderful Father's Day 2021 and many more for them!
