The Masked Men of May

Behind these masks are faces that are very familiar to Legends Outdoors.  Tom along with his sons Connor and Ryan are the men that pose for the camera here.  On two separate days each son went out with their dad due to the Covid-19 restrictions.  These guys like to swing for the fences and go for stripers a bit and then break it down and pursue other fish.  A striper has eluded Tom time and time again, but on a moderate spring day he would break that streak and catch one as seen below.   The both days were moderate spring days and very comfortable to fish for these duos.  They strictly used Keitech Baits on these trips and to great success.  They had hoagies, sandwiches, snacks and even an occasional cigar.  The fresh air, food, and good action was just what they needed during this pandemic situation for these avid anglers.  They caught smallmouth bass, rockbass, perch, largemouth bass, pickerel and that solo striper on the outings.  They hit a few really good spurts and even caught a few doubles.  Total numbers averaged in the mid 20's per outing of fish including some good size.  We were glad to have Tom and sons back again in 2020 and look forward to seeing them back again in the near future.
