Summer only had a few days left in her 2019 existence when Matty along with his friend Eric and his son Matty III went out on Lake Wallenpaupack for a day on the water. These local anglers headed out for an afternoon journey when the sun was already high and bright and the sky was blue as Crayola Crayon. The trio was instantly glad that they were able to get out in between their busy schedules as the fresh air and scenery around the lake immediately gave them a feeling of peace and happiness. The wind was present on this outing as they used light line tactics and fired around Keitech Baits and used the Lake Wallenpaupack Twitch. These anglers did very well on this abbreviated trip as they caught several smallmouth bass an pickerel including some really nice ones indeed. Young Matty was all smiles on this day as he really got a feel for it and did very well for himself. A great way to wind down their summer fishing and a memorable one at that. We look forward to seeing them back again in 2020 for another outing with Legends Outdoors.
