Testing the Waters

Returning Legends Outdoors Clients, Will and his son Ben took an August adventure out on the mighty Susquehanna River.  The New Jersey residents have heard much about and wanted to experience river smallmouth bass fishing, so here they were on a calm and foggy day that transitioned into a sunny and windy day giving it a go. They fished crankbaits and Keitech Baits in the stained waters of the river and were very successful by catching a decent amount of smallmouth bass including the ones shown below in the photos.  They transitioned over to catfishing for a bit at the end of the trip and Ben got into a nice one also as shown below to top off their outing. They are eager to get back out possibly on the river again or Lake Wallenpaupack with some friends for another outdoor adventure and we look forward to seeing them again very soon!
