Staying Committed

Making the trek to Pennsylvania in late August was Ed and his son Ed for a striped bass trip with Legends Outdoors.  This would be their first time out with Legends Outdoors and their 100% focus was on pursuing striped bass!  It would be a humid and semi-warm day with a slight breeze throughout the trip.  From start to finish they stayed the course with live bait and made the rounds from spot to spot staying in pursuit.  They had an outstanding day with many strikes from both striped bass and also smallmouth bass mixed in.  They had three hookups from the highly coveted stripers with three fierce battles.  Ed and Ed would land two of them while one pulled free from the hook and swam back into the depths of Lake Wallenpaupack.  They also caught about ten nice smallmouth bass during the outing and really had a great time on their maiden voyage out with Legends Outdoors.  They stayed focused and committed to their goal and it paid off big time and all of the fish were released back into the lake after the photos.  We look forward to seeing Ed and Ed back again next year for another adventure.
