Bearing the Heat

Local and avid angler Rob, usually does a traditional Mother's Day trip, but deviated from it in 2019 due to the fact that the trip needed to be rescheduled.  Their alternate day in early June proved to be a very hot and sweltering one indeed!  The high skies and high humidity tested their stamina during the outing.  They traversed about on Lake Wallenpaupack aboard the Legends Outdoors Pontoon Boat and slung a myriad of Keitech Baits at the awaiting fish.  His girlfriend Keri, friend Brian, and Uncle John were the remaining pieces of the puzzle for the day as they had a nice trip out together.  They enjoyed some snacks and drinks during the day to keep their energy up and had some decent action in the form of pickerel, smallmouth bass, and a variety of panfish including perch, bluegill, rockbass and a few sunfish.  A good time was had by this quartet and we look forward to seeing Rob and his group back again in 2020 for their annual outing!
