Attending a family reunion and the nearby location of Gouldsboro, a group of the family members wanted to take a fishing trip while in town for the multi-day activity. The attendees that boarded two boats were Joe, Andy, Matt, Rich, Matt, and five year old Brody. The weather was overcast with a very light wind to start and as the day went on the wind velocity did pick up as well as the boat traffic and the sun broke through the clouds eventually. They all enjoyed the beautiful scenic sights of Lake Wallenpaupack as they fished about and had great conversations. There were three generations on one of the boats on this trip and it was interesting to hear tales of the family such as Matt who is the 15 year old is so fanatical and talented in hockey that he and his parents moved all the way from Florida to Michigan for him to play there, that is called dedication. Brody also caught his first smallmouth bass today that he was so excited that he kept eluding to it even hours after the trip to his father. All in all there was some smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and panfish caught today mostly on Keitech Baits, but the biggest catch was these six enjoying a day out together as a family and having an all around good time.
