Short Sleeve Success

Long time client Smoothie returned again in 2017 for another day out on Lake Wallenpaupack.  Smoothie is notoriously an early season adventurer when woolen caps, gloves, and heavy jackets are in play, but today on an absolutely gorgeous fall day it was unseasonably short sleeve weather.  The calm waters, warm temperatures, and bright sun had finesse tactics with Keitech Baits written all over it and that is exactly what this veteran of Lake Wallenpaupack did.  He was able to take advantage of a wave of perch returning into the shallows, and caught a good mess of those along with a solid largemouth bass and a few savory smallmouth bass mixed in.  A great day out for Smoothie once again and Legends Outdoors looks forward to seeing him again for another day out on the water in the near future.
