George and Rickey's Return to the River

Just like sitting in a favorite recliner or wearing that broken in pair of jeans, long time friends Rickey and George find great comfort in fishing the Susquehanna River with Legends Outdoors and took a ride up from the Philadelphia area for yet another outing. The north branch of the river was the setting today and it was a pristine day with water like glass with balmy weather. The action was awesome, with numbers and size both playing a part of their catch on this day. This pair used topwaters, crankbaits, grubs and other plastics to have a tally consisting of 55 smallmouth bass (with many in the 15”-18” range), and four nice walleyes with a slammer that measured in at 27”.  All of the fish caught by Rickey and George were released alive and healthy. Great scenery, great weather, great friends, great fishing, equals a great day!
