Late Summer Smallmouth Smackdown

Legends Outdoors regulars of Jim and Dennis from the Kapsize Crew were back out on scenic Lake Wallenpaupack for some late summer action.  They had an ideal day in the low 80's with light winds and blue skies for their outing.   They brought along their wives for the adventure and what an adventure it would be!  Using strictly live bait the group of four had magnificent action from smallmouth bass.  They caught in the area of 30 smallmouth bass with many being in the hefty size range.  With all the action, amazingly enough they did not catch another species....just a bunch of beautiful bronzebacks.  They also enjoyed a nice shore lunch prepared by Legends Outdoors consisting of fresh fried perch, their famous macaroni salad, potato chips, and cold beverages.  A great all around day for the group and we at Legends Outdoors appreciate their continued dedication to our service and we look forward to having them back again next year for more outdoor adventures.
