Winning Ticket Trek

Mike along with his friend and son went out for an early August trek on Lake Wallenpaupack with Legends Outdoors.  They used a free trip that was donated by Legends Outdoors in a charity event ticket raffle.  These are local anglers and wanted to fish for striped bass and so their request was obliged as they were greeted with a hot and stagnant day.  They used live bait and traversed the scenic lake stealthily.  They were granted one opportunity from a striped bass, which they cashed in on and fought the big fish with great care before it was landed.  The fish posed for a group photo and was released healthy back into the lake.  The anglers also caught some smallmouth bass and perch during the outing that took their offerings.  They had plenty of local lore to talk about during the outing and thoroughy enjoyed their day out on Lake Wallenpaupack.
