Legends Outdoors was proud to host the Grace Assembly of God 2021 annual fishing trip again this year. The group arrived at Lake Wallenpaupack and boarded the two pontoon and one bass boat for a day of fishing on this scenic lake. The day was nice and calm with a haziness about it with very comfortable temperatures. The boats used live bait and artificial baits mostly consisting of Keitech Baits when artificial was being presented. The anglers shared in plenty of laughs and stories of hunting trips and a variety of other topics during the outing. The trio of boats met at one of the scenic islands for lunch and to discuss their first half endeavors out on the water. After halftime some of the anglers switched up their boat assignments and went back out for the rest of the adventure. The spring day was teeming with wildlife about the lake as many birds and mammals were seen by the group. The array of fish caught by the church group was smallmouth bass, perch, crappie, rock bass, pickerel, and even a bullhead joined in. Some of the panfish were kept for harvesting and the group had a great time once again on their annual outing. We would like to thank Jerry for organizing the trip as he is a long time Legends Outdoors client and it is deeply appreciated by our staff. We look forward to hosting the group in 2022 and we hope they have a wonderful remainder of their 2021 year!
