The Lone Ranger?

One might ask "Who is that masked man"? That answer would be Smoothie...long time Legends Outdoors client for over 20 years now.  A regular each year; mostly in the spring time does he venture out with us.  This would be a fall outing and a solo mission on a cold morning that warmed up nicely during the outing.  Smoothie wanted to get one last trip in before calling it for the open water season, but has kicked around the idea of doing some hard-water angling this winter.  Right out of the gates he peppered the waterway with Keitech Baits and light line tactics.  The bites would not be extremely frequent, but frequent enough that he amassed a solid day of catches in the teens for numbers consisting of nice smallmouth and crappie.  It was a great day to get out and enjoy the fall atmosphere and breathe the fresh air while doing some fishing.  Brought along for nourishment was some local made hoagies that really hit the spot on an outdoor outing such as this. This trip closed out his 2020 with us and we look forward to seeing him after the new year and wish him a wonderful holiday season and look forward to his company in 2021.
