Couples Reatreat

Ray found Legends Outdoors in 2019 while looking for a fishing guide on Lake Wallenpaupack.  He was very pleased with the overall experience that when they came back for a vacation in 2020 they booked us again and brought along another couple for the day.  The quartet of Ray, Judy, Paul and Vivienne set sail on an early September day.  The day would be a hot and stagnant one with plenty of sunshine fresh air to breathe.  The plan was to pursue the fish with topwater, Keitech, and live bait; giving the fish plenty of choices during the day to select from.  There was plenty of action for the vacationers with most of the fish being on the smaller size, but action they did have.  The other part of the trip was a nice shore lunch on one of the islands consisting of fresh fried perch and bluegill fillets along with sides of cole slaw, macaroni salad, and chips.  What a nice lunch it was for the group in the shaded area on the picnic bench on the scenic island.  They eventually headed back out for some more fishing before ending their day.  They had a great time and enjoyed their time staying at Silver Birches and we were glad to be a part of their 2020 Poconos Vacation and would like to thank them for choosing Legends Outdoors and hope to see them back again someday for another adventure.
