Brooklyn, Bald Eagles and Bass

Mark and his family were taking an extended vacation in Pennsylvania near the Delaware River and decided to do some fishing while they were there as one of their activities.  They dialed up Legends Outdoors and a date was sent for their adventure.  The summer day arrived as Mark and his son Thomas showed up at the serene lake. Mark   It was an extremely calm morning with some fog and coolness of an overcast sky.  Mark is originally from Minnesota and has a walleye and northern pike fishing background, so this would surely be a bit of a different from the fishing he used to do in the mid west.  They both started with topwater, but the fish were very hesitant in committing to the baits although they did get several strikes on them and landed a few.  They would switch over to wacky rigged and Texas Rigged Senkos which would entice many more strikes from both gamefish and panfish alike as they had some consistent action.  The sun would come out strong during the day, but the wind never picked up much as they lake was flat the entire day.  All in all they caught several largmouth bass, pickerel, and bluegill on the day as they learned some different techniques and got to explore this new body of water. The Brooklyn residents kept hydrated and enjoyed some tasty snacks and sandwiches on this outstanding day as they witnessed an abundance of wildlife including several bald eagles and a myriad of other birds and animals during the trip.  We hope they enjoyed their entire stay here in Pennsylvania and were glad they came along for a Legends Outdoors experience.
