Teaching Teachers

Melanie and her husband Bob are no strangers to fishing.  They fish often on smaller bodies of water that are mostly trolling motor only lakes and ponds and wanted to get out on a more grandiose setting during their little getaway at Lake Wallenpaupack.  This pair of teachers by trade set out on an absolute perfectly comfortable summer day with a slight overcast and refreshing breeze that just heightens the senses and makes one savor moment of being alive and enjoying the great outdoors.  They learned more about topwater techniques and the different ways of using Keitech Baits and light line techniques as they explored this historic body of water.  These Pennsylvania residents did very well on this day catching many a smallmouth bass including some really nice ones that posed for photos along with some solid bluegills and other panfish mixed in.  It was a pleasure having Bob and Melanie on board with us at Legends Outdoors and we hope they continue to have a successful fishing season in 2020.
