Back at It

Dave, Chrissy, and their young son Jaxon were back on board again with Legends Outdoors in late June.   To avoid the potential of heavy boat traffic on Lake Wallenpaupack, they went to a smaller Pennsylvania body of water to have calmer waters.  The weather was warm, sunny, and had a stiff wind blowing constantly.  They were enjoying the warm sun and relaxing day while throwing Keitech Baits and Bass Snax Tubes to entice many a strike on this outing.  With the high pressure and sunny skies, the fish seemed to be holding tight to cover, making precision casts of the utmost importance for their elevated success.  The smallmouth bass and rockbass were most prevalent as they caught a good amount of those as the action was very good.  They also hauled in a few largemouth bass, crappies, and some bluegills to round out the catches.  To further enhance the total experience, they even seen an osprey nab a fish, then a bald eagle tried to  steal it by swiping at the osprey in flight.  The result was that the osprey dropped the fish, and then the eagle swooped down to grab it on land.  They also seen deer and a baby snapping turtle on this outdoor adventure.  They enjoyed this fabulous family outing as usual and we are always glad to have Dave and his family out with us at Legends Outdoors!
