Kapsize Krew 2018

The Kapsize Krew is a group of friends that gathers from different states and takes a fishing trip each year together. The year of 2018 would be no different as they yet again went with Legends Outdoors on Lake Wallenpaupack for four days in May.  Over the course of four days they had many diverse weather patterns such as calm and overcast, hard rain, bright sun with dead flat water, and mix of sun and clouds with wind.  They mostly fished with Keitech Baits and did break away for part of a few days and fished with some live bait on their outings.  The days were streaky for the most part with some hot stretches or areas and also some sparse times as each day was a new puzzle to assemble.  They fished through all the conditions while having a great time and even had two shore lunches of fried fish and cold salads during their stay right on an island on the lake.  Their overall catches had smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, sunfish, calico, bluegill, rockbass, and a stud of a channel catfish. We at Legends Outdoors would like to thank the Kapsize Krew for coming back with us for their annual get together and we hope they enjoy the rest of their 2018.
