Peter was back after going out on
a striper trip earlier in the year and landing two so expectations were high
going into round two. This time around, he brought his brother-in-law
Wojtek who is also a very capable angler and was eager to get out on the water.
It was very early start for these two men and after a few early misses we got
hit with a double at just before six in the morning so it was “game on”.
With two rods buckled over and drags screaming it was quite a scene and a bit
of a challenge to maneuver these two beauties around without tangling in other
lines and such. They did a great job and both fish were landed and were
almost identical 11# stripers. A few hours later after the dust
settled and the smoke cleared, Wojtek got his hands on a good rip
and muscled in a nice 14# striped bass rounding out the catches. The day
heated up and these two gentlemen had places to go, so they wrapped it up well
before noon and left with a pair of smiles after another successful day out
with Legends Outdoors on Lake Wallenpaupack.
