Phase One Complete

Local angler Val has some experience on Lake Wallenpaupack and wanted to further his knowledge of fishing for black bass in the three phases consisting of Pre-Spawn, Spawn, and Post Spawn.  This late April day out with Legends Outdoors took him into phase one of his quest.  He had an overcast, rainy, and windy day to cope with on his solo mission.  Val remained steady and was hardcore while toughing out the conditions and boated several really nice pre-spawn smallmouth bass for his efforts.  One phase down; two more to go!
