Wallenpaupack Smorgasbord

Dave and Chrissy who join Legends Outdoors multiple times per year came back out for another trip on scenic Lake Wallenaupack.  This time it was via the pontoon boat in April on a mostly sunny day with a calm morning developing into a breezier afternoon and water temps in the high 40's.  They uses a variety of techniques all with Keitech products fishing for a multitude of species during their outing.  They caught a wide variety of fish including a striped bass, a bullhead, pickerel, perch, crappie and smallmouth bass on this day. Dave is a chef by trade and it wouldn't be a Legends Outdoors trip for him if he didn't have a shore lunch that he whipped up of venison with a gravy sauce over rice that they enjoyed on the island in between their excellent day of fishing.  Chrissy is expecting in August, and we at Legends Outdoors would like to wish Dave and Chrissy all the best with the birth of their child this summer.
