During the late fall and winter George is involved with many projects and a busy schedule. With every tile put down, sheet of drywall put up, each water heater installed, and every nail driven into a two by four he anticipates a cast for his prized species of Lake Wallenpaupack...the striper. Spring finally rolled around and was able to get out twice for these fierce beauties. Each day had a bit of a different weather pattern, some sun, wind, cooler air temps, water clarity differences, but the goal remained the same. Cast after cast on each outing resulted in a few hookups each time with a few lost ones, but each time the goal was achieved with one in the boat. It takes a lot of patience and discipline, but the patience and persistence of George paid off.
