Every so often there is a day that stands out for and angler(s) that they had which will always be a conversation piece. This would be one that they will talk about for quite a long time as it was nothing short of awesome. Dennis and his neighbor Joe went out on a September outing on Lake Wallenpaupack under ideal conditions. The hot and humid weather with just a twinge of a breeze was the perfect setting for the big fish to cooperate fully. The returning clients used strictly live bait and had incredible action. They battled many a striped bass, landing six and losing a couple. They also caught a big channel catfish, a slammer walleye, and several smallmouth bass in the mix. Drags were screaming throughout the day as the pair battled fish after fish. Dennis brought pizza, hoagies, and donuts for the boat as usual and it is deeply appreciated by all aboard. We would like to thank Dennis and Joe for coming back out with Legends Outdoors and look forward to seeing them back for their next outing.
