When Irish Eyes are Smiling

Local resident John had his father Skitch visiting from New Jersey along with friends of the family Andrew and Chris for a few days recently.  They decided to take a trip out with Legends Outdoors while they were in on a chilly, sunny and windy day aboard the pontoon boat on Lake Wallenpaupack.  The long cold snap was trying to give way, but it couldn't quite let go yet as frigid water temperatures were struggling to rise out of the 41-44 degree range as a chilly NW wind kept it at bay despite the strong rays of the sun.  This quartet had a great time on the pontoon boat on this day fishing around while reminiscing and telling many stories.  They had many laughs and also some beverages and hoagies during the outing to keep their energy up also.  They used strictly light line tactics and Keitech Baits to entice their quarry today which consisted of several mallmouth bass, perch and a lone brown trout that decided to join the party.  We hope they enjoyed their vacation in NE Pennsylvania and we look forward to seeing them again out for another adventure with Legends Outdoors.
