Josh and Karl's June Jaunt

Josh and his father Karl set sail aboard the Legends Outdoors pontoon boat recently in search of striped bass.  The late spring day brought sunny skies, blazing heat and dead calm waters.  Amidst the patience of waiting for that tell tale strike from a striper there were plenty of stories being told, hearty sandwiches consumed and a whole lot of laughs.  The moment arrived and one was hooked and the battle ensued before the fish was netted for the below photo.  The later part of the day this duo broke away for some perch and smallmouth bass action which they also were successful on as they had some decent action in this leg of the trip.  An overall great day out for this father and son.
